1 Thess. 5:17
We were never promised an easy life. We were promised a struggle. To face trials and tribulations. To feel pain. To hurt. To cry.
We were also promised help. We were promised alleviation. An unconditional love. And grace that knows no bounds. To be comforted. To have a friend in the fight.
We must remember both. We must turn our eyes towards he who helps when we are facing the mountain. We must turn our voice to he who offers the grace and cry for help. The mountains will move for he who has mustard seed-sized faith.
Let him help.
I lack verse and eloquence
I am clumsy and fragile
My mind wanders through darkness
you are poetic and know exactly what to say
You walk confident and composed. With your strength, you hold me together.
You hold my hand and lead me from the darkness towards you:
The Father of Lights.
